  1. When do I have access to my unit?

    You have access 7 days a week / 24 hours a day. You will be given your own access code to enter the facility through the security gates.

  2. What are your office hours?

    Monday : 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
    Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
    Saturday: Closed
    Sunday: Closed
    *After hours by appointment

  3. Do you insure my items?

    NO, YOU STORE YOUR ITEMS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The storage facility is not liable for any damage that may occur to your items. We suggest you contact your own insurance company or Deans & Homer Storage Insurance.

  4. What can’t I put in a storage unit?

    You are not allowed to store any perishable items, explosive items, toxic items or any items that are considered illegal or in violation with the Board of Health, Sanitary Department, Police Department or any other government agency.

  5. What temperature are the climate-controlled buildings?

    Our climate-controlled buildings are kept at approximately:
    60 to 65 degrees during the winter
    65 to 75 degree during the spring
    75 to 80 degrees during the summer
    65 to 70 degrees during the fall

  6. When can I move in?

    As there is availability, you can move in any time after the rental agreement paperwork is complete. The rental agreement paperwork can be completed during office hours or electronically through email.

  7. How much storage space will I need?

    You can either look at our storage space descriptions on our website or call our management for assistance.

  8. How long is the rental period?

    Our storage rental agreement is for one month, minimum. Tenants are billed on a month to month basis.

  9. How much notice do I need to provide before vacating?

    We require two weeks (14 days) notice prior to vacating.

  10. How do I make payments?

    We offer two methods of automatic payments, both ACH and credit card billing. You can sign up for automatic payments to have your monthly storage fee either deducted from your bank account or charged to your debit or credit card. You can mail in a check or money order, and you can call during business hours to make a payment.
